I had a great service and experience with Sixt Lofoten, which might sound unusual for a car rental company, but it was all down to having August serve me (the car was great as well).
He was professional over both the encounters I had with him (picking up and returning) and it really made my day! It’s always a breath of fresh air to have a personable member of staff who is clearly passionate about their job and the task at hand. August went above and beyond and gave me local sites to see, places to eat, and just some general knowledge about how everything works in Norway.
I won’t babble in, but I just felt compelled to write this review and hopefully he can get the recognition he deserves!
If you read this August, thank you very much for your service and hospitality, and hopefully we can meet again one day in the future! (Great fashions sense too!)

My experience renting a car at SIXT in Svolvaer this time was excellent. Staff (his name is Jonas) is good, very helpful with service mind.

The cars provided by sixt are really good ones. I recently rented one in svolvær and it was hardly 3 to 5 months old. Really lovely it. !!!!
