As a first time renter from this company I was a little concerned about trying new things. The hot and cold reviews had me just hoping I made the right choice. Pricing was good for SUV rental, with a small discount for prepayment. Elorite was very friendly and had me checked in/ driving away in minutes. A new-ish BMW X3, the rental was very nice and clean. There was a residue from the cleaner used on the car, pointed out by the team member helping me, that left a vent panel slightly discolored and a smoky smell in the car that dissipated fairly quickly. He notated all this, told me to take some pictures, and assured me that everything else about the vehicle was fine… which it was. I’d gladly rent from Sixt in the future with no hesitation.

Had THE best experience at Sixt. I feel like the counter agent was experienced and professional and made sure I would be comfortable in the right vehicle for me. The car was new and clean, the upstairs staff was just as courteous and friendly. 10 out of 10!

We rented from SIXT upon arrival to MCO airport. We made a last-minute change from the planned rental car company to SIXT and all of their team members were awesome! From Marilyn at the rental counter to Jesus out in the parking garage. Even returning our vehicle was a breeze & the agents were so nice (unfortunately I didn’t get their names).
I would definitely use them again for future rentals and highly recommend them to others!!

Excellent experience. Buy the vehicle insurance through SIXT and not through your travel app (like travelocity etc)...Although it is cheaper, the insurance through the travel app is somewhat limited. The insurance through SIXT covers ANY damages and is worth the money. Our rental turned out to be a brand new Chevy Malibu with 6k miles. It was an excellent rental.
