I would like to share a bouquet of compliments to Sixt for your services. The car rental collection was smooth but one feedback is that it would be better for your customer service to enlighten the tourists about rentals. One example could be is it your first time renting at Sixt, do note that our terms and conditions are standard but need to highlight the additional charges in the event you don’t top up the fuel tank etc. The customer service spend more time encouraging us to buy add on insurance. Also it would be good to advise where to return the car - ie: you drop the keys outside. Regardless the service from rental, the car is clean and well maintained. We rented for 3 days and the drive was great, I also got an upgrade on the car. Most important the after sales service is super, your team listen, the first was Methechel, however the line was cut off and she did not revert. I called again and this time I was attended by Tan who took the trouble to listen, advise and also offered me a solution. The whole process was smooth and I am impressed that Sixt empowers their team to ensure that customer service extends beyond the rental pick up. Thank you Tan for your 5 star service!
