1. Email to email@example.com to redeem your preferred service and Lufthansa team will email you the E-voucher shortly. For more information, click here.
2. Book your limousine service by emailing the E-voucher to firstname.lastname@example.org with the required details:
- Passenger contact details and email address
- Pick Up Date and Time
- Pick Up Location & Drop off Location
- Preferred itinerary, if any.
3. Chauffeurs to be dispatched and details given one day prior to pick up date.
4. Chauffeurs to call passengers once arrived at the pick up location.
Terms & Conditions
- Service is for Luxury Sedan, includes Chauffeur, Gasoline and Toll charges. Please let us know early if extension is required and service can be paid via Credit card or Cash. Additional service rates please refer to https://www.sixt.com.sg/limousine-service/sixt-singapore-limousine-fleet-rates/
- E-Voucher is not transferable and would entitle the holder to book the above limousine service for Singapore use only.
- Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance and it is always subject to availability.
- Voucher cannot be redeemed during major events such as F1 and Airshow in Singapore. (Definition of peak period is 1 day before and 1 day after actual event)
- Validity is as stated on the voucher. Unused Voucher will not be extended or exchangeable for any cash value.
- Waiting time for Arrival - 45 mins after actual flight landing time. Waiting time for Departure/point-to-point transfer - 15 mins from agreed pick up time.
- Sixt Singapore will honor only vouchers that have been redeemed and paid by Lufthansa. It is customers own responsibility to safe keep and keep track of redeemed voucher.
- After booking, Sixt allow 1 free amendments 24 hrs before Pick up Time. No cancellation is allowed after booking confirmation.
Some extras to be considered at additional charge:
- Child Seat is mandatory for children 7 years and below. Child Seat must be specifically requested in advance and will be charged at S$10 each per trip. Please provide Child's age during booking.
- For every Additional stop for Transfer (Maximum 2 Stops), S$10 will be charged per stop. Additional stop beyond 5km will be charged as additional transfer.
