Responsibilities and Duties
- Accounting duties (invoices, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.)
- Perform daily book-keeping and accounting functions
- Ensure and maintaining proper filing of documentation at all time
- Support month-end closing and year-end audit
- Assist with incoming calls and queries
- Provide general administrative and support duties
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ and/or NITEC (Office Skills preferred but not necessary) or equivalent
- Energetic, self-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess initiative, positive attitude and strong learning ability
- Highly organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office & MYOB
- Preferably able to conversate in fluent English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Able to work overtime if required
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
