Both the female manager and her male assistant were professional, spoke perfect English, and were helpful, caring, and interested in my satisfaction. Additionally, the VW T-Roc was a lovely car; it was quiet and luxurious. It was, however, the wonderful staff at the Graz airport that made all the difference in the world!
