As a positive experience, I would say that the staff at the rental point in Innsbruck was really friendly and helpful. Getting one extra day at a cheap price was also a positive thing. The negative surprise was that I didn't get the car I thought I would get, so I thought I would get either a Mercedes Benz or a BMW, but the car was actually a Kia, which I didn't expect to get when I got the rental car. With the SIXT, Kia is in the same category as MB and BMW, but I think we are talking about cars on a different level. I have an MB myself, so I'm used to German quality and driving characteristics. Kia was ok but not the same as MB. Finally, a big thank you to the staff at the rental point for their good humor and expert service ;)
