I asked for a car with the smallest mileage, and they gave me a NEW car! Very good and fast service. My reservation was within non-working hours (on Sunday at 10AM), and from 9AM the manager has been waiting for me to give a car. Took a deposit from the debit card, it worked fine. Worth the money, especially for 1-day rent.

I had a good experience, perhaps I have the corporate agreement with them, but the staff seem oaky, a little rough around the edges.. But that can be down to the type of day they are having, in my experience all good!

I travelled to Limassol mid July 2021, when I got to my hotel I started a lengthy search for a reputable hire car company and to be honest, some of the reviews for Sixt were putting me off. HOWEVER, I was staying at the Amara hotel and when I asked the concierge for a recomendation I was surprised to be told that there was a Sixt Car Hire office in the Car Park of the hotel... There is no info on the internet that this office even exists, nor do the hotel tell you on arrival that they have this exclusive service.
To cut a long story short... Go to Sixt at Amara Hotel and speak to Tina, she not only got me car arranged at short notice but I was upgraded to a brand new car!! Tina's customer service installed all my faith back into the car rental industry... an absolute pleasure to deal with. A+

I am a huge fan of this Sixt. HUGE fan. I have made other 1-star ratings of Sixt (like the one in Frankfurt airport) but this Sixt has the most HELPFUL people working there. Shoutout to David to took complete care of me, got the tow truck to my car, and ensured that my car breaking down was a completely painless experience.
If it tells you anything, right after we got our rental from here, I went back and brought them cookies.
6 stars if it was possible.
