Rented a car with Sixt back in 2017 when I visited Helsinki. Overall, it was a positive experience! Rates were fair, and the customer service was pretty good, for a car rental company. On the trip, the car got a flat tyre and I was queried about it (I had to open and use the tyre puncture kit in the trunk) but when I provided them the photos as proof (there was a tyre inflation warning light when I picked up the car), they accepted it and didn't give me any more grief about it. I would use them again if I was renting a car in Europe.

I'm writing a review about Sixt in Helsinki, mentioning how friendly the employee was, how well he spoke English, and how everything went satisfactorily. He gave clear instructions. We received a great car, a better model than we actually ordered (without any extra charge), and the car was in good condition. We felt very comfortable, and everything went smoothly. Sixt is always reliable. There was an excellent fuel policy option. You pay for a full tank, which is cheaper than refueling at a gas station, take the car full and return it empty. Very convenient. The car was easy to find, well-described, and the kids even received some coloring materials and stickers as gifts. Overall, a fantastic experience. 5 stars.
