I have booked cars on a number of occasions in the past few years with Sixt at Bordeaux airport . On this most recent occasion ( 01/03/23) our checkin was handle by Lisa at the. Ordeals Airport office , who immediately realised that we were returning clients . She also realised that the car and class of car we had booked wasn’t available on the day . She kindly upgraded us to a new Land Rover Defender for our rental which was a very nice surprise and greatly appreciated . We will certainly look forward to our next visit and book Sixt again .
