Extremely polite staff and very welcoming. The Sixt experience is good as compared to other big rental companies and definitely feel premium. I have taken away a star for them trying to sell me excess insurance by luring me a bigger/automatic car upgrade for free. I usually wouldn't take the upgrade or insurance but on this occasion wanted to get one so as to be able to enjoy driving without minimal fuss or worry. The car they provided had clocked 29k miles but it was clean and sufficient for my needs.

I had a car booked with Budget, after my flight was cancelled and my arrival delayed by 24 Hr, and not being able to reach Budget in any form, I opted to cancel and rebook with SIXT given their better reviews.
