Great experience picking up, unfortunately due to a recent storm we couldn’t pick up early but they happily held our bags. Once it was time for pick up we ended up being upgraded which was wonderful. We also rented a car seat and they had two sizes to choose from which was nice. Overall wonderful experience so far and very friendly staff.
