We went their to pick up a reservation for a VW Golf. We were upgraded to a premium car that costed more that what we rented, the staff member was polite, funny and fast. The return was also simple. The parking is open till late and the keys are returned in key box with RF id that detects the keys and send you an email with the confirmation. In couple of days the deposit is returned to your account. Very straight forward, food quality service

The staff here is much more friendly and helpful than the staff in Stuttgart Centre. My booking was just simply cancelled without any refund by Stuttgart Centre, and very terrible experience there. While i walked into this shop to try my luck, I was served by Julie, she was very patient and helped me to find all possible available cars from the city, and finally she found one car available in the evening, and reserved immediately for me. Knowing I planned to visit Stuttgart city in the afternoon, she also offered me a flexible timing to collect the car from 17:30 - 20:00, thank you!
