We had a great experience! Marco at Sixt was incredibly helpful and even helped us get our car out of the nearby parking lot when we could not figure out how to pay the fee. I was very happy with the car and the service.

Highly recommend. Process was easy. Picked up in Salerno and dropped off at Catania airport a week later. Only recommendation is that you ask for a telepass to make the toll roads easier. The insurance is worth it and makes drop off super easy. I will use them again.

The service was excellent (Thanks Santiago Geribon), and the charges were what I expected. No problem at all. The only disappointment was with the inability to select a specific model car in advance. I selected an Alpha Romeo Giulietta because I was interested in how that car looked/performed. Instead I received a plain white Skoda Scala which I've never heard of. I'm not saying the car I got was bad - it was actually a very nice ride, great navigation features, great safety features, drove very nice and smooth. There was not an issue with the car at all, but with the fact that I couldn't reserve in advance the model I wanted, so minus one star.
