To be fair, the entire process was very simple, car quality was excellent and the staff did explain everything in detail. (A big help to understand the insurance.) Would definitely use them again when renting as we feel we got good value for money too.

Amazing customer service by a young employee, she helped us setting up the child seat for our toddler and was just really nice. Unfortunately didn’t get her name, but thank you! Car (Jeep) was spotless and the child seat was brandnew, which totally made up for a quite bad experience with Sixt last year at Florence. Return was also quick and easy.
