We have nothing but praise for Sixt Den Haag. We recently hired a car from your office and were met and dealt with by a very courteous and friendly lady who took us through the steps of using your vehicle's, in a professional manner. The car was in fantastic condition, clean and had low mileage. We needed to extend the rental for a further 3 days and that was easily done on the system. Upon return at Schiphol we were met by a team of staff and our vehicle was checked over very professionally. Once again courteous and efficient treatment. To our amazement, our deposit was refunded in three days and a full statement was sent to us explaining the breakdown of costs. We will always use Sixt as our first choice rental company in Europe after an amazing car rental experience. This was in total contrast to the previous rental a few days earlier from an opposition company who we had been using for many years in South Africa and for the first time in Netherlands. Our refund took weeks to receive, they are difficult to contact telephonically and were just all round unprofessional when returning the rental. BRAVO SIXT

At Sixt, car selection is lined up with easily understood categories. Really love the ease of renting process. Sixt's staffs are friendly and helpful. I was given information about driving in the city, where to park, interesting spots and such other practical tips. Certainly will rent from them again in my next visit to Den Haag 👍🏻
