There's some bad reviews here so I thought I would share my experience when I had an unfortunate incident with their rental car, causing damage beyond the maximum excess. Everything was handled smoothly & professionally, no attempts to charge anything extra, and all the paperwork that I needed for my third party insurance got done in timely manner. Nothing to complain!

I was pretty worried after reading the reviews here, but we had already reserved and paid for the car.
When we picked up the car we made sure to take a good look at it to make sure we wouldn't get charged for any prior damages because we didn't take any extra insurance.
We noticed there was already quite a lot of damage on the car and a lot of it wasn't documented on the papers we received. We went back inside to let the staff know and she just said to "document" it. Fully expecting to be scammed we photographed every little scratch we could find.
Upon returning the car no-one came to check the car with us and we were not charged for any damages either.
So in the end we actually had a good experience here.
