I’ve seen some bad reviews, but our experience was very good. I’m still waiting on the refund for the safety deposit, but other than that it was very good. We had a mishap and had to change main driver on the spot and the lady at the counter was extremely understanding and willing to help, the car was brand new (27km), the dropoff was the easiest i’ve had so far and the price was right. They didn’t push extra charges for insurance (which we already had) and any other thing and within 10 minutes we were on our merry way. The dropoff took maybe 5 minutes, probably less.
We may have been just lucky but I have zero complaints and would try again without a doubt.
