Had a good first time experience renting a car feom Sixt Leeds (hudswell road) branch. Super-easy booking on the website. No need for extra documentation when collecting. Excellent customer service! Subtracted 1 star as my deposit wasn’t returned in full and my refund for the ratchet that was out of stock also wasn’t paid. No communication or reason given. Called to check. Now I have to email bank statements and jump through hoops. Not ideal!
