The supervisor (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) stay after closing time to make sure we got our vehicle. She gave us an upgrade because the car we reserved was gone. She even happily waited on the guy who showed up while she waited on us. My Puerto Rico drivers license was not an issue. I will continue to rent from SixT.

Fast service. From the counter to the car. Sixt kept it moving when the other companies had long lines and plenty of frustrated customers. My one concern is the condition of the cars. Some had some noticeable wear and tear (scratches and dents: take photos before you leave). Otherwise no issues with the service and would definitely recommend.
