Once again, Sixt has exceeded my expectations of the rental car experience. The quality of service, vehicles, and overall value for price remain consistent and continue to be the reason I always look to book with Sixt if at all possible. The cars are new, clean, and well-equipped; the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. There was nothing they could have done differently that would have made this experience any better, which is so rare--especially in the rental car sector. Sixt: keep this up and you have a customer for life. Almost forgot...I returned the car at the Venice Beach location and Charmaine(sp?), who checked us in, could not have been nicer or more ´present´ while we were there, making sure that she got us checked in and on our way as quickly as possible (thank you!!).

My second time renting with SIXT and the quality of cars they provided were top notch. Price wise also very competitive compared to other Rentals.
A point to improve would be during collection of car, the staff should at the very least walk the client to the car to do a joint inspection and explain key features of the car as we do not drive the same brand or model before. This could be a safety issue as different car models have varying features such as handbrake location, signal function andaircon heating or cooling mode
