Tabitha provided excellent service and recommendations for the area.. the car was great. Tabitha and I went around the car and she kept telling me to take pics and videos if necessary.. she also pointed out a dent (barely visible) and scratches which were not in their notes yet. She told me it will be noted in the contract(which was sent to me eventually).. I am glad I took pics of them because when I returned, Kama(I think that's her name) noticed the dent and scratches immediately and told that she didn't see them in the notes. I told them it should be in the notes but she told me their notes and front desk notes don't match..
I got an invoice which showed the dents and scratches as new ones but a day later I got another invoice showing all is settled.. so better to take lots of pics and videos

Great experience thanks to Darik and the Sixt team. They picked us up at the airport in a very nice luxury vehicle to escort us to the rental car facility. Once we arrived, we were greeted by the staff whom made the moment very pleasant. Darik was super helpful, kind and got us a great car for a great deal. We had such a fun time on this trip and the car was definitely a character in our story. Thank you so much Darik and the Sixt. We will definitely be back.

I booked a SUV for 9 days, a couple weeks before flying to Kauai. When my wife and I arrived at the agency, they told us that there were no SUV available at the time.
But after a couple minutes, we found a solution with Michael, the sales representative we were talking to. He was super professional, pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend booking a car here.
