Not only was she extremely professional and courteous. Kay went above and beyond to ensure all of our rental needs were met with excellence!

I had the most phenomenal experience with Sixt Rental service located at 20 Morris Street in Manhattan NY. My server was Kay B and she was the absolute sweetest and thorough professional. Since this was my first time using a rental car through Sixt, I was a bit nervous but Kay took total care of me and walked me through each step of the process. Not only that, but Kay gave me a complimentary car upgrade once she noticed a better vehicle was available and said she wanted to award me since I was being so patient.
