Rental from Orlando airport was a hassle you have to go to 6 different locations before receiving the key to the vehicle which was upgraded without my consent when I get to the vehicle finally it is not a true key but no one tells you how to start the car finally after 10 minutes I finally saw an employee near by to show me how to start the car I observed many scratches and such on the car when I reported it to the person I hand the card to on the way out he then tells me that I was supposed to notify the desk of these things before I left I returned to notify them of these things when I was advised to take pictures I did such then I was advised to video tape the car which I did then when I went to leave again I received a message that the fluids were low in the car when I made them aware of this I was advised that I could take care of it on my own and get reimbursed for the maintenance performed on the car or get a new one since I didn't rent a car to do your maintenance performance I now had to wait for them to bring me a new vehicle then I had to retake photos and videos of it before leaving the airport finally! The car did get us to all of our destinations over the 16 days we had it

I reserved a vehicle at hertz months ago to bring my family to my daughters graduation. On the day we were to travel, I got to the desk & hertz devolved based on my credit card (I thought a visa was a visa) all I was told is that they only took major credit cards which again, mine was a visa. The manager so incredibly rude saud “we’re done here, not get out of the way we have customers to service.” My husband went to sixt immediately who said “graduation? Say no more” they had the same vehicle and better price waiting for us, available immediately, when Hertz was ok with me missing my first child’s graduation Sixt came along and said”what can we do to help?”
