Great experience overall, despite the initial mishap as the car I upgraded to and paid extra for was mistakenly marked as ready in the system, but was actually not cleaned nor had the full tank of gas that I was promised. Thanks to Reza’s help, however, the situation was quickly rectified and I was given an even better car free of extra charge to make up for the trouble. Top customer service!

Second time booking a car through Sixt at Sky Harbour Airport and both times were a fantastic experience. Jared is one of the best and was super to work with.
