The people at Sixt went out of their way to help me and be supportive. I hired a car from San Antonio Airport to drop off in IAH. Shanita was very efficient in sorting me out a rental and when I had difficulty they helped me out fuurther, Alexandre D Gentsch, the general manager came to my assistance when he saw me confused helped me understand the dash display which was complicated to me. Super quick at the reservation counter! Drew was super fast and friendly, he made sure that I was taking care of and put in the prefect vehicle for my family and I. When I went back to extend Eric help me out he was super friendly and helpful as well! Great customer service at the San Antonio airport location.
