I'm aLso impressed by your friendLy customer service reps within each of your Locations, with a SpeciaL Mention going to KhaLid (MSP Airport) for his WeLcoming HeLLo + SmiLe, PoLiteLy answering "ALL" of my 1st Time Lengthy Tourist Questions with Grace + for providing me with a Sweet Upgrade when my reserved vehicLe wasn't avaiLabLe. Thanks Again, KhaLid, for being a V.P. of 1st Impressions!! Side Note: I'd Like to see a more efficient checkout process within this Location. It took over 30-mins to go over the car + notate issues that were not noted from the previous check-in, which is not a vaLue-add of my time. They felt bad I was a 6’3” guy in a compact due to my company being cheap and they upgraded me to a midsize SUV for free. All the staff were helpful and nice as well as it was first time in Minneapolis. Will definitely rent from again. Cars were new and clean as well

It's been a month since I rented a car. The car was amazing, clean, etc. No complaints there. This review really is for customer service in the aftermath of a smash and grab: Two days in to the rental someone smashed the back passenger window...I drove back to the rental place at on a Sunday night, actually ending up at the wrong terminal. The worker there (Fazio?) was amazing. He focused on making sure I was okay, he offered me some water (as I was clearly upset and crying) and told me it would all work out. He swapped cars and off I went for the rest of my trip. That in itself I think was worthy of a good review... I just received the bill for the damage. I was expecting to be charged a ridiculous amount for "Loss of use" -- nope, totally reasonable amount was charged. The charge for the replacement of the window came with the ACTUAL invoice attached -- the charge had no mark it up!! I could gripe over the $45 admin fee, but I do get it -- this caused all of us additional time and work for all of us. It was so easy to submit the claim & upload photos of what happened. Thru the process at no time did I ever feel like I was a bad person for letting something happen to the car. Honestly, I will probably now choose SIXT over my Old "go to" rental companies from here on out.

Yesterday me and my husband landed in Minneapolis much later than we were supposed to because of a delayed flight. It was already pretty late at night and when we walked to the Sixt location they were already closed so we’d have to go to the other location on the other side of the airport. By chance the manager, I think his name was Anthony, saw us on his way leaving and was kind enough to give us a ride to the other Sixt location. We were then attended by a front desk employee named Kairo who was absolutely exceptional as well. He was extremely friendly and gave amazing service, even very late at night where most people just want their shift to finish. Overall whenever we fly to Minneapolis and need a car, we will definitely be renting with Sixt because of them.
