Excellent Service and hats of to The professionalism.
I booked a car for my canada tour for 6 days and after running for 40 odd miles,I felt vibrations in the car and Straight away I called to this location and Manager(Lady) asked me my location and asked me to go to nearest Sixt location which was in MA and change the car.
The way she managed my problem was amazing, I never seen this kind of customer service before this one.
Later on I personally went there and Thanked her for services.

It was a true pleasure dealing with Shannon. I have my car stolen and was very upset and she was very soothing and walk me through the entire process. Great rates and this place doesn't have hidden fees or try to charge extra for dings and scratches that were already there. When you do your vehicle inspection for pickup of the vehicle just pay very close attention and point out anything that looks like it was already there,damage wise. Overall flawless experience with them!
