I have update my feedback based on my
+ Customer service took notice of my complaint in 3 weeks and
+ Revised invoice was generated and all financial transaction are clear.
+ Despite COVID-19 situation, the customer service supported me alot. It helped me in gaining confidence in Sixt Services.
+ Neat and clean car + seamless handover at the end of the journey.
+ Despite COVID-19, staff was available on Sunday for the pick-up
Important Lesson Learned:
Always make sure that you check the car meter readings before driving. This will help in avoiding any mistake at later stages.
Overall I am satisfied with service and recommend Sixt. Specially their customer services department is very accommodating!

If my issues are resolved, I will update my feedback.
- Wrong meter reading was sent in the invoice (i am charged over 900km extra)
- My issue is still not resolved and payment is deducted from my account already
- Delayed customer services response with no response
+ It was opened on Sunday
+ Process for booking car is simple.
